We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiting Specialist to join our HR Department. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to support our organizational growth. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will help build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Duties
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to identify high-quality candidates.
Conduct comprehensive interviews, utilizing behavioral and technical interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit for various roles including technical recruiting and executive recruiting.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted talent acquisition plans.
Utilize cold calling and lead generation techniques to proactively reach passive candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication skills and talent management practices such as succession planning and employee orientation programs.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing contracts, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting across the supply chain industry.
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful offer discussions and employment agreements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively.
Knowledge of employment law regulations to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
Ability to research market trends and utilize social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding efforts.
