Serv-A-Yard is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training & development. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Familiarity with various HRIS systems and payroll processes is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS data entry for compliance and reporting purposes.
Support change management initiatives by collaborating with leadership to facilitate organizational transitions.
Employee liaison, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
Collaborate with management on performance management processes and talent development strategies.
Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience across recruitment, performance management, compensation and employee relations preferred
Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and HR sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems

strong collaboration and relationship-building skills at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
