Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions within a healthcare setting.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel as required within Ontario for recruitment events and activities.
Clear criminal background check.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in an office setting, with occasional travel to recruitment events, educational institutions, and community organizations.
May involve long hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet recruitment goals and attend events.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based tasks.
Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
