About the Job



The Recruiter position is responsible for conducting interviews for agent level roles, and making the best hiring decision in selecting the right candidates in order to reduce attrition. This position also plays an instrumental role in providing an outstanding experience for new hires within the onboarding process by providing details such as orientation and training dates and times, an outlet for questions, and next steps in the onboarding process. This is a temporary 90-day contract position.



As Recruiter, You Will...



Meet daily with Recruiting Manager to determine daily hiring needs Create positive experiences by building trust and transparency with Candidates Interact with applicants via phone, video, and/or in person Respond to inquiries from Candidates Process and track applicants in an Applicant Tracking System Recommend ways of improving recruiting process Participate in job fairs & hiring events Build relationships with internal employees Ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly by providing details such as orientation and training dates and times, an outlet for questions, and next steps in the onboarding process

As Recruiter, You Have...



High school diploma or equivalent is required 1 year customer service, BPO, or retail experience 1 year recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry is a plus Must be comfortable on phones or in person 8 hours a day Maintain a secure, high speed internet connection Outstanding interpersonal skills Possess active listening skills A love for interacting with diverse groups of people Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment Ability to handle a high volume of work Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness Ability to take notes while conducting an interview Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Goal oriented and strive to hit targets Ability to use micro-sales skills Passionate about Recruiting
