JM Wellness Services is a growing organization dedicated to helping clients achieve balance, growth, and well-being. We're looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team and help us find compassionate, qualified candidates who align with our mission.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate candidate records and communication
Represent JM Wellness Services professionally and positively
Support management with recruiting goals and staffing needs
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Reliable and available afternoons and evenings
Previous recruiting or HR experience is an asset but not required
Starting Pay: $20/hour Schedule: 3-5 days per week (Some mornings, Afternoons & Evenings required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
