As our Real Estate Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top-performing agents and new licensees. You'll combine strategic outreach with a personal touch -- leveraging social media, networking events, and outbound campaigns to identify talent that fits our brokerage culture. You'll be the face and voice of Red House Realty's growth -- building relationships with realtors across Ontario, presenting the value of our brokerage, and moving candidates through the recruitment pipeline until they join the team.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and contact potential agents through calls, DMs, networking, and referrals.
Present the Red House Realty value proposition with energy and conviction.
Conduct discovery calls to understand agent goals, production levels, and motivations.
Maintain a recruitment pipeline in CRM and track key conversion metrics.
Host and attend industry events, brokerage tours, and networking functions to identify prospects.
Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Manage onboarding coordination once recruits join.
Deliver weekly reports on lead activity, conversations, and recruitment results.
Requirements
A natural salesperson and connector, not a paperwork or policy specialist.
Someone who can hold a conversation with realtors and quickly build rapport.
A high-energy, persuasive communicator who thrives on measurable results.
Someone comfortable reaching out cold and pitching a vision.
A self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions -- they create opportunities.

Sales and real estate experience will be given preference.
Compensation
Base + Performance Bonuses: Commission and milestone-based bonuses per recruited agent.
Growth Opportunity: Potential to develop into a recruiting manager or team lead role as brokerage scales.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional events on evenings/weekends).
Hybrid environment (meetings may be conducted in restaurants)
