About the Opportunity



The Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that emphasize organizational fit while reflecting our core values. The individual will source candidates through innovative channels like job boards, social media, and partnerships while building a strong, diverse talent pool. In addition to coordinating interviews with hiring teams, the individual will train hiring managers to conduct unbiased assessments. Partakes in interviews for management positions, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience. The incumbent will also promote the organization at career fairs and networking events to enhance our brand visibility. The incumbent will also analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations to uphold inclusive hiring practices. Project lead the ongoing development and implementation of the HRIS Talent Acquisition module, updates and system enhancements.
