Position:



We're looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We're seeking someone who's passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.

Responsibilities:



Execute the sourcing of screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates Create job descriptions Create job offers/send job offers Attract candidates through different job boards and our career page Conduct reference checks Support the management team in planning of the hiring process Onboard the employee from start to finish Prepare employee files Coordinate with extra coverage needs from the clients Manage and deploy the new hires to the client's site and provide a briefing to them for the site procedure Work with account Manager to ensure all positions are filled Ensure all areas are staffed according to the client's requirement to minimize overtime Manage and approve the guards' vacation requests and work hours

Requirements/Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in recruitment 1-2 years of experience in the security business (Preferred) Post secondary education in Human Resources Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person) Strong in building relationships with businesses Ability multi-task Self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $49,000.00 per year
