We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition strategies. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building a high-performing workforce by leveraging HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools to identify the best candidates efficiently. Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using HRIS, ATS (such as iCIMS, Workday, or PeopleSoft), and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process from application to onboarding.
Manage candidate pipelines through lead generation techniques, cold calling, and research to ensure a steady flow of potential hires.
Negotiate employment offers and employment terms with candidates while maintaining positive relationships throughout the recruitment cycle.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within HRIS systems like UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, or Salesforce.
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience and promote employer branding.
Assist with employee relations initiatives related to onboarding, training & development programs, and retention strategies.
Stay current on industry trends in talent acquisition, HR sourcing techniques, and best practices in recruiting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms including UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, or Salesforce is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability in research, lead generation, cold calling, and sourcing passive candidates through various channels.
Knowledge of HR functions such as employee relations, training & development, and HR compliance standards.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
