Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conduct full cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers for warehouse roles. \xc2\xb7 Develop strong relationships that aids in managing the recruiting, hiring, pre-boarding process. \xc2\xb7 Assistant HR manager to analyze historical trends and future projections to create forecasting and statistics related to recruitment. \xc2\xb7 Work with HR manager to ensure wages and positions for staffing/requisitions are in line with business needs. \xc2\xb7 Stay current on employment systems, trends, rates, advertising and social media. \xc2\xb7 Developing and updating job descriptions with the most relevant information for the position and seasons \xc2\xb7 Build solid working relationships with outside agencies, non-profit organizations, universities, colleges and post-secondary institutions. \xc2\xb7 Promotions of diversity and inclusivity in attracting and hiring candidates. \xc2\xb7 Be an active team member on multiple corporate initiatives as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all reasonable requests for accommodation throughout the recruitment, hiring and employment processes are provided to candidates/associates as needed. \xc2\xb7 Conduct interviews to assess a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge, skills, experience and expectations for this position \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as requested Minimum Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Required education: minimum college diploma in HR or related education \xc2\xb7 Required skills: intermediate level of using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, strong verbal and written skills in English \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing. \xc2\xb7 Prior experience driving online recruitment and social media advertising including but not limited to in face book, Instagram, TikTok, and linkedIn with a large diverse employer. \xc2\xb7 Prefer experience: minimum 6-month working experience in office and HR, as an assent \xc2\xb7 Prefer experience: experienced in warehouse recruitment, as an assent Competitive ability: \xc2\xb7 Exhibits excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Must have a very high level of attention to detail and accuracy \xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
