Are you a people person who thrives in fast-paced environments? A Bread Affair is looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter

with retail experience to join our growing team!

This is an

office-based role

where you'll work alongside 3-4 supportive colleagues in a dynamic bakery environment.

What You'll Do

Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews Assist with new hire documentation and orientation Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
What We're Looking For

We want someone who:

Brings a

positive, can-do attitude

to daily challenges Has

at least 1 year of recruitment experience in a retail setting

(required) Communicates clearly and professionally (verbal and written English) Pays

close attention to detail

and follows through on tasks Is

organized, efficient, and deadline-driven

in a fast-paced environment Is proficient with

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Can

multitask

and balance priorities Works well both

independently and in a team

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
