Green Works Contracting is a small to medium sized construction and snow management company established in 2011. We are seeking a Recruiter to start immediately for full time and on contract until Dec 21, 2023, with possibility to extend. Experience is necessary for this position as a head hunter and/or previous employment at a staffing agency. The successful applicant will mostly be recruiting such talent as DZ and/or DZ/AZ drivers, equipment operators, landscaper, labours, designers, project managers. Requirements Expected: - The ability to work independently - The ability to seek and attract talent - The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments - The ability to manage and control an operating budget - Basic human resource administration chores - Overseeing training & scheduling - Overseeing policies and laws - A steady level of communication between new hires, applicants, and existing management Compensation: What is in it for you? - $22-26 per hour based off attitude, personality, and experience - Benefits after 6 months - Bi-weekly pay - No weekend work, unless desired Notes: - Office & shop located near Stevenage & Hawthorne - Please apply by submitting your resume Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
