What are we looking for?


The

Recruiter

is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job postings, and implementing effective recruiting strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring the organization attracts and retains the best possible candidates to meet its needs.



What you bring?

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Professional HR certifications (RPR) Proven experience with recruitment, sourcing and candidate assessment. Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders across different business units. Familiarity with using data and metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition. Ability to build and foster relationships that drive attention and attraction back to the brand.


What you do?

Create and execute comprehensive strategies to attract, source, and recruit qualified candidates across various business units and locations in Canada. Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers. Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process that reflects Canada's diverse population. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with Canadian educational institutions to build a strong talent pipeline, tracking effectiveness through student engagement and hire metrics. Support key HR administrative functions by accurately tracking and updating data Attend key industry events, job fairs, and conferences to gain insights, create meaningful networks, and identify emerging talent trends.
