Job location:

Calgary, Alberta

Shift schedule:

5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday to Friday)

Key Accountabilities:



Perform full cycle recruitment including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and supporting offer negotiations Work with hiring managers to develop and implement strategies aligned with workforce plan and budget Build strong relationships with internal management teams to gain a thorough understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications Manage shortlisted candidates through the application process, ensuring timely communication and a positive and engaging candidate experience Ensure all recruitment procedures, policies, tools and documents are being consistently maintained and utilized Coordinate and support structured interview processes and update records in the internal database

What you Bring to the Role:



Minimum of 5 years of high volume full-cycle recruitment experience required Diploma or degree in Business/Commerce, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology preferred Demonstrated relationship-building skills Experience recruiting engineers, technical specialists, field/trades personnel and/or professionals in multiple disciplines Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and applicant tracking systems Proven experience conducting various types of behavioral based interviews (in-person, phone, video, etc.) * Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
