Primary Duties & Responsibilities


  • Sources, recruits, and hires primarily nonexempt customer service agent positions in a very high-volume and demanding environment.
  • Develop and execute highly effective sourcing strategy related to hiring goals and requirements
  • Maintain applicant and candidate experience in alignment with the policy and practice of Skybridge Americas, ensuring a positive experience for all interested applicants.

  • Builds strong internal business partners with hiring managers to achieve staffing goals while ensuring applicants meet qualifications.
  • Execute contact center work at home sourcing, interviewing, and selection strategy throughout the US and Canada; assist the Talent Acquisition Team in executing new programs, systems, and practices
  • Manage and utilize application assessment and background check tools in alignment with job requirements and ensuring "right fit" / "right job" aligned with job expectations
  • Works in collaboration with the hiring teams and leadership in developing and executing a sourcing strategy to meet recruitment goals and objectives
  • Sources and identifies candidates through referrals, networking, job postings, resume searches and reviewing applications.

  • Develops sourcing contacts and maintains relationships with colleges, technical schools, alumni groups, military organizations, diversity groups and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
  • Manages candidate life cycle through on boarding and offer process; see candidates through to start date
  • Monitors job openings for internal candidates and ensures internal transfer processes and procedures are followed.
  • Utilizes behavioral interviewing techniques to accurately screen and assess candidates, utilizing compliant Interviewing Guides in alignment with local recruitment best practices and law
  • Follows up on candidate interviews with hiring manager and obtains feedback on candidate quality.

  • Works collaboratively in the on boarding and background check process
  • Manages and maintains ATS to ensure up to date analytics and candidates have a positive experience with the application, interviewing, and candidate process
  • Generates and sends offer materials and pre-employment process in collaboration with Human Resource Generalist
  • Responsible for timely identification of assessing hiring issues and providing resolution to management
  • Accurately reports on status of filling positions, identifies hiring barriers, implements plan to resolve, escalates issues not resolved timely and is responsible for staffing goals.

  • May provide training and coaching to hiring managers in appropriate interviewing techniques, applicant selection and company hiring processes and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years in high volume recruitment; contact center recruitment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel is a must
  • Experience with ATS management and maintenance
  • Excellent judgment in a complex, fast paced, high volume environment
  • Excellent professional communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify problem areas proactively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to keep confidential information secure.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to relate to all levels of staff
