Can-Am Gymnastics Club is looking for a passionate and dedicated
Gymnastics Coach
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring both technical knowledge and a genuine love for working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you'll help gymnasts build confidence, discipline, and skills in a positive, supportive, and fun environment.
Responsibilities
Teach athletes proper gymnastics techniques, skills, and routines.
Plan and lead engaging training sessions tailored to different ages and abilities.
Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to support athlete growth.
Ensure a safe and well-organized training environment.
Track athlete progress and adjust training plans as needed.
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a supportive team atmosphere.
Contribute ideas during team meetings and program development.
Requirements
Previous coaching experience in gymnastics (or a related role) is an asset.
Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety practices.
Excellent communication skills with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for teaching and inspiring children and young athletes.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
