ConnectWell Community Health is seeking an hourly Recreation lead for our Saturday Program.The Recreation Program Lead, Saturday Program, is responsible for organizing and delivering recreation supports for individuals with complex medical, physical and developmental needs as part of a team of support professionals. This role combines leadership, person centered/individualized planning and staff support to maintain high-quality service delivery and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in one of the Social Sciences from a Community College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience, or working towards
Substantial and proven experience working with individuals with complex medical, physical and developmental needs
Extensive behavior and medical experience an asset
