We are seeking a proactive, organized, and charismatic individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Social Media Manager.
This versatile role combines administrative duties with creative marketing responsibilities to support the growth and smooth operation of our landscape, pool, and snow removal company.
This is a new position that offers the freedom to develop and customize processes, leveraging your creativity and experience to make this role your own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly.
- Take detailed notes of messages and organize them by priority.
- Meet with the owner (Guy) or have daily calls to review and prioritize messages.
- Record instructions for responses and ensure follow-up.
- Organize and set up meetings for the owner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Follow up with clients as needed.
- Issue notices and reminders to clients regarding services or inquiries.
- Place orders for materials required for jobs.
- Maintain organized records of contacts, orders, and communications.
- Create and manage an agenda for the owner to ensure efficiency.
Site Visits & Content Creation:
- Conduct site visits to take photographs and videos for social media.
- Use provided equipment (cellphone, laptop and gas allowance).
- Aim to capture engaging content that highlights our work and services.
- Develop and post regular updates, posts, reels, and stories on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Engage with followers and grow our online presence.
- Use a keen eye for marketing trends and aesthetics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Well-spoken, charismatic, and patient in communication
.- Quick learner with a good understanding of the operations of our business.
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and platform management.
- Comfortable taking photographs and videos, with an eye for good visual content.
- Honest, reliable, and fully bilingual (English and French mandatory)
- Tech-savvy with experience using smartphones, laptops, and social media tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to perform site visits
- Creative mindset with the ability to implement and improve processes independently.
