Tasks

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Schedule and confirm appointments Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Perform data entry Provide customer service Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Answer electronic enquiries Order office supplies and maintain inventory Open and distribute mail and other materials
