Join our fast-paced and exciting team representing some of the world's best luxury vehicle brands and businesses. Reporting to the General Manager, and Human Resources of the dealership the Receptionist/ Sales Administrator is the first impression between the customer, and various departments in the dealership. Working closely with the Sales team, the Receptionist/Sales Administrator will ensure customer satisfaction and that the dealership runs smoothly.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Answer calls for brands and direct accordingly to various departments.
Assist in CSI calls and customer follow ups.
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Ensure all customers are engaged and acknowledged.
Gather information from clients and upload details into programs.
Escalate customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
Maintain ongoing positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
Ensure telephones are answered promptly and in a courteous and professional manner.
Notify the correct department and other company personnel of the customers' arrival.
Ensure calls are dispatched promptly and accurately.
Distribute messages taken in a timely fashion.
Follow required administrative tasks while managing the front desk.
Stock in vehicles and process vehicle items including tagging keys.
Maintain loaner and demo vehicle registrations and follow procedures to get new registrations and plates as needed.
Other sales administration tasks.
Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
Customer service experience 1+ year (Preferred).
Automotive experience 1+ year (Preferred).
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with CDK considered an asset.
2 years Receptionist experience (preferred).
Excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing various tasks and deadlines.
Works well in a team dynamic.
Valid Drivers License.
Education
High school diploma
