General Requirements



Be primary contact for our clients (lawyers and paralegals who are members of Mississauga Law Chambers) to help facilitate their law office needs. Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, and organize work independently, effectively and efficiently Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to interact with a wide range of individuals (creditors, lawyers, paralegals, and their clients) in situations that may be high conflict or require tact, diplomacy and discretion. Continuous attention to detail May be required to work a flexible work schedule to meet our business needs.

Sound knowledge of:



MS Office - especially Word and Outlook QuickBooks

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
