Receptionist/Data Entry (full-time) At Top Grade Construction, we build and enhance long term business relationships based on Quality Work, Integrity, Safety and a proactive focus on Stewardship of our Environment. Our mandate is to achieve our goals utilizing proven Best Practice Principles, balancing productivity and project execution with safety, environment and community. We provide our heavy construction services to Canada\'s Prairie Provinces from our newly constructed headquarters located in the City of Lloydminster, AB. As a result of increased activity and our focus on diversification, we are currently recruiting an additional team member to complement our existing office personnel. The successful candidate for this newly created position will initially be tasked with main reception duties such as directing phone and in-person inquiries to the appropriate Department. In addition, the position will also include data entry, file maintenance and general office duties. The ideal candidate will have experience within an office setting as well as being very comfortable in a computerized environment. Date entry experience with accounting software, although not a requirement, will be considered an asset. The nature of this position will require a committed team member who is flexible and comfortable within a dynamic setting.
