: Administrative Receptionist + Building Ambassador at Grassroots Realty Group in Grande Prairie- Contractor Position 8am - 3pm Monday through Friday

Grassroots Realty Group, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Canada, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company and contribute to a positive, productive, and fun work environment. As an Admin/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, and agent care and support, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices across the Province. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere by greeting clients, guests, and team members with a positive attitude, a smile, and a bubbly personality.
2. Answer phone calls: Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
3. Manage the Building and Ambiance: Keep the office areas clean, organized, do the shopping (must have a reliable vehicle) to keep things stocked, and visually appealing, reflecting the vibrant and positive culture of our company.
4. Client communication: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to client inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.
5. Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, event planning, and document scanning and review .
6. Document Review: Champion the review, and compliance of our Agents Real Estate Transactions documents with our conveyancing team.
7. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with agents, brokers, and other team members to provide administrative support and ensure efficient workflow.
8. Office Social Events: Coordinate office activities, organize in house meetings such as lunch and learns, and team events. You are the vibe creator, bring the ideas and fun.
9. Embrace a fun work environment: Contribute to a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere by participating in team-building activities and fostering a sense of camaraderie among colleagues.
10. Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Positive attitude, bubbly personality, and a passion for creating a fun work environment.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, self motivated, great time-management.
5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Attention to detail and accuracy is of the utmost importance.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
9. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
10. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
