The ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing individual who is an exceptionally organized person. To be successful in this receptionist, sales team support role, multitasking and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Providing general sales and administrative support and performing a wide variety of tasks
Providing courteous front line customer service, managing inside sales
Using Microsoft Teams and Office programs: enter data, edit, revise, and print order forms, letters, memos, tables, and other material
Netsuite, data entry of Sales Orders, Invoices, Receipts, Purchase Orders and other transactions and system data as required
Answering and forwarding calls, checking voicemail and returning customer calls
Maintaining and updating customer and supplier files, and documents, including contract details
Preparing reports
Additional duties as assigned to help support the sales team, including but not limited to shipping/receiving
