We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Support office management functions to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience as a receptionist.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices is advantageous.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required for this role.
The candidate will be eligible for benefits after completing a three-month probationary period.
