Must be able to handle interacting with dogs on a daily basis and can focus on duties despite distractions Customer service-oriented and proficient in English Exhibits polite, professional, and clear communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in scheduling appointments Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Computer and tech savvy, able to work with booking software, Adobe and Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced noisy environment Greet and register clients in a professional and polite manner Facilitate communication between clients and professional groomers (pass on customer's notes and instructions to professional groomers effectively and clearly, and vice versa) Maintain an organized filing system of client registration forms Daily management of social media accounts (TikTok & IG) Punctual and reliable maintain working area clean Training will be provided Greet people and direct them to services Provide basic information to clients and the public Obtain and process information required to provide customer service Record and relay information Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain work records and logs Receive and issue payments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Provide customer service Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Administrative and office activities Professionalism in customer service Openning and closing duties, including cleaning
