The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients , providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and capability to handle sensitive information. Experience in a legal office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties
Greet clients and visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, (physical mail).
Open, organize and maintain physical and electronic files for easy retrieval of information.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in administrative functions including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a great asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
