Job Description

:

The successful candidate will maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff, manage walk-in, telephone and email enquiries, provide administrative support and oversee general offices duties.

Duties & Responsibilities



Greet in-person visitors and respond to phone and email enquiries Monitor and order office supplies, equipment and services, maintain appropriate inventory levels and liaise with vendors Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers Ensure meeting rooms, lunchrooms and other common areas remain tidy and stocked Help coordinate and organize company events and meetings, catering, etc. Provide general administrative support to various departments as required

Qualifications and Experience



Post-secondary education in administration or related field is preferred 2 to 4 years of related experience in a professional working environment preferred Experience working in hospitality, retail or other customer service roles is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Can work well independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
