Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Brampton Immigration Consultancy. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support, contributing significantly to our mission of assisting clients with their immigration needs.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of client information.
Support the team with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing schedules.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Google Suite and other office software applications.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
