Wainalta Motors is looking for a full time receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
As a receptionist, you will likely to be the first point of contact for our dealership. You will welcome customers that visit the dealership, and redirect all incoming phone calls. Other duties will also include accounts receivable responsibilities, daily cash reconciliations as well as offering administrative support across the dealership as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a pleasant, mature personality, and effective communication skills. You will have the ability to multitask, and you should also have an aptitude for basic accounting procedures.
Greet and welcome customers when they arrive
Answer, screen, and page all incoming phone calls
Reconcile daily cash and make deposits
Monitor accounts receivable schedule for past due accounts
Maintain inventory key lists
Maintain customer reception area
Ordering office supplies as required
Clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing as required
Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
PBS experience is considered an asset
