Sunset Ridge Veterinary Clinic - Cochrane, Alberta

Schedule:

Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays (2-3 days/week, 20-30 hrs)

About the Role:

We're looking for a

Receptionist / Veterinary Assistant

to join our team part-time. This role involves both client service and hands-on support in the clinic. Flexibility to cover staff time off is appreciated. Previous veterinary experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets warmly Answer phones, emails, schedule appointments Process payments and explain services Assist veterinarians and technicians during procedures Maintain accurate medical records Keep reception and exam areas clean and organized Help with restocking, laundry, cleaning, and closing duties

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, professional, and reliable Excellent communication and multitasking skills Team-oriented and compassionate toward animals Previous vet clinic experience an asset (training provided) Flexible to assist with coverage as needed
