Overview


We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office ClearDent software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with medical or dental offices, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace is a plus. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere while developing valuable administrative skills.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry with accuracy using computer skills, including typing and proofreading Handle filing, record keeping, and maintain organized office files Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, copying, and scanning Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Manage billing or bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when necessary Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Requirements



Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record management Ability to handle customer support interactions professionally and courteously Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is desirable but not mandatory Excellent typing speed, proofreading abilities, and organizational skills Prior office experience demonstrating reliability and professionalism Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

Work Location: In person
