Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Efficiently handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff as needed.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
• Manage office supplies and maintain clinic organization.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required, contributing to overall office efficiency.
• Process insurance claims and manage payments.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Jane is an asset.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to office management.
• Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position.
• Knowledge of insurance billing processes is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
