We are seeking a full-time Receptionist who is customer-focused, with a strong attention to detail and wants to be an integral part of an outstanding team. Who wants to immerse themselves in the day-to-day of the dealership with the opportunity to grow, should they wish.

Role and Responsibilities

:

Greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and direct them appropriately Stock incoming and outgoing vehicles Answer and forward telephone calls Record and relay information Send invoices, and perform other clerical duties such as filing and sorting Update client information in a variety of systems

Qualifications:

Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Read, write and speak English Working knowledge of Windows, Excel Familiarity with general office equipment and email Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning Accuracy and attention to detail Critical thinking, and ability to share ideas on ways to improve our customers' experience

Proper business attire

Automotive experience is an asset
