Job Description

Parkway Motors Auto Group, representing Red Hill Toyota, Upper James Toyota, Parkway Nissan of Stoney Creek, and Chatham Toyota, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated BDC Manager to lead our Service Business Development Centre. Our BDC team handles all service appointment calls across our four stores, playing a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage the Service BDC team to achieve performance targets. Oversee scheduling and optimization of service appointments across all Parkway Motors locations. Ensure the team delivers professional, customer-focused communication on every call. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with Service Managers and dealership leadership to align strategies and objectives. Drive accountability and results through clear leadership and performance management. Ensure daily targets and KPIs are consistently achieved. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Drive business growth through effective leadership and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Proven BDC management experience in the automotive industry (required). Strong knowledge and experience with Xtime (required). Experience with PBS dealership management system (definite asset). Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Performance-driven leader who aligns with Parkway Motors' core values of collaboration, integrity, and customer focus.
