Overview


We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, customer service, and enjoys working in a client-focused environment. We are looking for a team member who is available to work

Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays

with the flexibility to cover both

daytime and evening shifts

. The ideal candidate will be able to work up to

3 days a week

, depending on scheduling needs. We are currently seeking a reliable, long-term addition to our team.

Duties



Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our booking software. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing customer support in a clinical setting. Process payments and issue invoices/receipts. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and stocked. Educate clients on services and products provided at the clinic. Responsible for creating and posting daily content across social media platforms.

Skills



Proficiency using Jane App is considered as asset. Attention to detail and accuracy with scheduling and client information. Interest in or knowledge of cosmetic treatments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional presentation and demeanor. Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram and Canva.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 26 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Toronto, ON M5V 3K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
