Responsibilities

Answer, greet and troubleshoot incoming calls and forward to appropriate department Prepare Purolator packages for condominium sites and receiving incoming packages for sorting Ensureemployees and non-employees that attend head office fill out the COVID-19 wellness assessment Maintain kitchen neat, organized and stocked Assist office employees and colleagues with administrative tasks Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received Manage inventory of supplies and restock as needed Other duties as assigned


Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role required (reception, administration) Must have strong attention to detail, and time management skills Intermediate to Advanced MS Word Skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-based environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Committed to principles of confidentiality and customer service focused Performs with a high level of accuracy using discretion, integrity and confidentiality
