Part-Time Receptionist - Alcan Products (Sheet Metal Business)

Alcan Products, a busy sheet metal business, is seeking a
Part-Time Receptionist
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, dependable, and able to assist with a variety of office and general tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, suppliers, contractors, and visitors.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages.
Handle mail, courier deliveries, and shipping documents
Perform general clerical duties: filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain reception and office area in a neat and professional manner.
Support with invoicing, work orders, and basic office paperwork as needed.
Assist other staff with additional tasks as required to support smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in reception or office administration preferred (experience in trades, construction, or manufacturing is an asset)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn company systems.
Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of office/operational tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent required
