Job Description
We are a multidisciplinary clinic located close to Guildford / Fleetwood border looking for a receptionist 3-4 days per week.
The job entails...90% computer work and booking appointments (we use Jane Clinic Management). The hired applicant will also do laundry (mainly folding sheets) and light cleaning of the clinic.
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare environment dedicated to making a positive impact.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage direct calls appropriately. Assist with billing and insurance documentation as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff. Support administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
Reception experience would be great but not a deal breaker. Strong organizational skills withattention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written..
