Sukhi Bath Motors is looking for a full time and part-time

Receptionist

. We are looking to fulfill positions available at both of our locations.

As a key member of our team, the Receptionist has a strong understanding of our dealership's brand and is therefore expected to maintain the highest standard of professional and personal conduct and integrity at all times.

The ideal candidate for this position has relevant experience in customer service and possesses strong communication skills to maintain excellent relationships with both customers and co-workers. Furthermore, the ideal candidate must possess a certain amount of computer skills as mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities:



Efficiently communicate with customers to ensure they have received the highest level of customer service in both Sales & Service Department. Must address any concerns to corresponding managers. Utilize our Customer Relations Management (CRM) software to track potential leads or any missed opportunities in both Sales & Service departments. Training is provided. Data entry into the CRM software. Answer incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of the phone call, and forward it to the appropriate personnel or department. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties. Stocking stationary supplies for the dealership. Greet customers and provide assistance with information, direction or refer them to the correct staff member. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer service. Maintain the customer lounge area by keeping it tidy and organized. Refill coffee machine and stock the beverages fridge. Stock the restrooms. Make sure all supplies are there.

Self-motivated and proactive. Results driven approach. Team player mindset, highly organized and energetic. Excellent customer service skills and takes initiative to learns new skills and improve administrative processes. Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Professional personal appearance. Computer skills - CRM software (training provided), MS Office applications Ability to speak English fluently.

Compensation/Benefits:



We offer a competitive pay plan with several benefits including both medical and dental after 90 days.

Salary: To be determined based on experience.

This is a Part Time position. Weekday, Weekend and Evening Shifts are available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$22.50 per hour
