Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages
Maintain customer records and update databases
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
Assist with invoicing, billing, and filing paperwork as needed
Process customer payments and handle Cash Day responsibilities
Complete daily banking duties, including preparing deposits
Provide general administrative support to service and sales departments
Maintain the reception area and waiting room, ensuring cleanliness and order
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
