We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service both in person and over the phone. This role includes managing incoming calls, greeting clients, organizing appointments, ordering supplies, and assisting with light administrative duties. The position also involves participating in company videos, ads, and other media.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
Greet customers and provide front-desk assistance
Book client appointments and maintain the company calendar
Order computer parts from our main suppliers (Amazon, Newegg, Canada Computers, ETC.)
Assist with basic administrative and organizational tasks
Participate in marketing videos, ads, and other media content
Maintain a warm, welcoming environment for clients and staff
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable being on camera for business media
Basic computer and scheduling skills
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
