Job Description

We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our busy health care clinic. We have a great team of people and a happy work environment.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing our phones, booking appointments and preparing third party billing. Your proficiency in using the Apple platform will be essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations. Additionally, skills in Janeapp and relevant experience in medical or dental offices will enhance our team's efficiency. Part time: 4-6 hour shifts, 1-2 days a week, plus sick and holiday coverage.

Qualifications



Proficient in Apple computers Strong computer skills and data entry experience Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Clerical experience with filing and administrative tasks Knowledge of Janeapp Experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous
