Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

Duties:

Managing phone systems and directing calls efficiently. Providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Utilizing computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Demonstrating excellent communication and client engagement skills. Maintaining an organized reception area and managing incoming inquiries. Handling customer support inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Completing daily reports as required.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Previous experience in a fitness, dental, or medical office setting is advantageous. Proficiency in office software and ability to quickly learn new computerized systems. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities and a warm, client-focused approach. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

Previous experience in an office or customer service role.

Work Schedule:

Availability for mid day and weekends.*
