An ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, organized and very customer service oriented.
Responsibilities:
Greet Members and Guests as they enter and leave The Club
Book tennis courts and monitor use
Bill lessons, guest fees, Pro Shop and all other charges
Answer incoming calls and direct to proper extensions
Be aware of all activities and programs in The Club
Ensure all rules and policies are followed
Maintain cleanliness of Control Desk and surrounding area
Ensure that all updates and memos are checked each day and properly communicated as needed
Perform other administrative tasks requested by department supervisor on occasion
Adhere to department dress code at all times
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including a great phone manner
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficiency with administrative software including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
-Organized, attention to detail, reliable, team-player, positive attitude
-Previous experience is an asset
-Experience with Jonas Club Management software is an asset
