Job Description
OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body-RICHMOND
We are a state of the art collision repair facility and we are looking for a FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST to add to our growing team!
Requirements:
-customer service experience/reception experience preferred
-must be organized and self-motivated
-positive and hard working
-team-player
Tasks include:
-providing our customers with the highest level of customer service
-fielding incoming calls
-greeting walk-in customers (for drop offs, estimates, etc)
-collecting payment for repairs-starting up and delivering files for customers
-speaking with insurance companies in regards to customer claims, etc.
-dealing with rental agencies for customer loaner vehicles
-keeping front office organized
While experience in the collision industry is not a requirement (although it's an asset), all applicants should have experience working in a reception/administrative role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
