Receptionist Full-Time, Permanent Richmond, BC General ContractorReceptionist Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls to the receptionist line
Greet and guide office visitors, creating a welcoming environment
Conduct outbound calls as necessary
Assist the Office Manager and executives in various tasks as needed
Assist with the general upkeep of the office
Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms
Help prepare sales packages and various documentation such as typing purchase orders
Help prepare presentations for upper management
Responsible for organizing courier services and keeping office inventory stocked
Manage workplace security
Receptionist Qualifications:
Ideally 3-5 years experience as a receptionist
Exposure to the real estate or construction industry is an asset
Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational aptitude
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Willingness to take initiative for any task that needs assistance
Engages in a positive and professional atmosphere
Customer service experience is an asset
Ability to work well on a team
Receptionist Compensation:The successful candidate will receive a salary from $20-$25/hr.
