Main Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, the Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Duties include:
Answering phones, transferring calls, taking and relaying messages
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, including payment transactions
Taking customer and sales orders by phone and assisting with order entry
Providing sales support (customer calls, reports, and order processing)
Preparing and cross-checking reports, invoices, and inventory records
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, scanning, and filing
Managing office supplies and inventory (incl. cooler/freezer stocking)
Processing daily till reports and time log exceptions
Cross-training in all office roles (Reception, Customer Service, AP, AR, etc.)
Providing holiday coverage for other office positions
Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 (secondary school)
1-2 years of related experience (reception, administrative, or front desk)
Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
Full-time: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
