As our

Receptionist

, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our showroom. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and friendliness Schedule customer appointments and manage a busy phone system Handle administrative tasks and provide general office support Maintain accountability and ensure daily operations are completed to standard Support colleagues and management while upholding company policies Represent GreenFox with integrity in all interactions

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a professional, diplomatic approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit documents A positive, dedicated, and enthusiastic attitude Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
