Schnell Hardy Jones LLP is looking for a Receptionist for a maternity leave position with the potential of a Full-time position.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a friendly hard working professional who can:
Greet clients and other professionals in person.
Directing phone calls in a professional and pleasant manner to the appropriate staff members.
This position involves many detail oriented administrative tasks that requires the ability to multi-task, follow directions and procedures.
Some tasks involved include; opening files, facilitating couriers, supply orders, assist the accounting department, this is just a few.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer and typing skills.
Communicate effectively; verbally and electronically.
Exceptional administrative, organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, impeccable proofreading and grammar skills, maintain organized and accurate documentation and email management.
Strong work ethic, team player, resourceful nature, dependable and adaptable personality traits would be a great fit.
Considered an Asset
Previous reception and administrative experience considered an asset.
Familiarity with CLIO
